Clinton Ray “Papaw” Perry, 67, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away November 6, 2013. He was born June 11, 1946 in Honeybee, KY, beloved Husband, Father, Papaw, Brother and Uncle.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Edna Perry Vanover and Ira Perry; brother, Ronald Perry; and granddaughter, Breanna Perry.
Survivors include his wife, Renee Perry; children, Clinton Perry, Jr. (Jessica), Jeffery Perry (Vicki), Kimberly Gayheart (JR), Robbie Perry (Gina), Christopher Perry (Jamie), Randall Perry (Ginger), Anthony Pritchard (Jessica), and Pamela Eck (Randy); 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Arthur Walker (Betty), Wendell Lawson (George), Oneida New (Riley), Wayne Perry (Emily), Ruth Ann Wheeler (Jerry), Mike Perry (Helen); sister-in-law, Joyce Perry; nieces and nephews; family and friends.
He was employed with RT Moore, Lee Supply, Earl Gray & Sons Plumbing and Poindexter Excavating. He served as Chief, Captain and Lieutenant with the Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years dedicating many hours of service for the Community.
Friends and family may call from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250. A funeral service will be held at noon Monday, November 11, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
